I worked with Phil when purchasing my last house, and then again on a refinance. He's great to work with. He meets deadlines, explains our options clearly, and held our hand when needed. I highly recommend him.

I have worked with Phil on four home purchases and refinancings. There is no harder working guy in the mortgage biz. He's a straight shooter and is good at explaining some of the more complex aspects of the deals. I highly recommend him.
